The deck coamings / bulwarks are very deep and would therefore make a very safe environment for children. There is also room on the foredeck for sitting out. Avontuur is a long range cruising boat able to fulfil many possible uses. Tough steel construction, wide side decks and low seaworthy profile all contribute to her long distance ability. Steelwork is of heavier build than many vessels of this size. Protection and safety are a priority when undertaking adventurous voyages and steel has the strength and resilience for hard knocks! Avontuur has a low enough air draft to cruise the vast majority of Continental waterways. All items currently on the boat will be included. Assistance can be provided in securing suitable moorings if required. Please email or phone me with any questions, or to arrange to view.
