TENOVUS OTTER ex. NAUSHON ex. TENOVUS   A handsome Seven Seas yawl, which the owner has documented as having been built for Joseph P. Kennedy, she was originally christened TENOVUS to reflect the total number in the family at that time. The current owner has gone to some length to document TENOVUS’s provenance, and further information is available upon request. TENOVUS has benefited from extensive upgrading over the years to include a major rebuilding of the hull in the early 1980s by Benjamin River Boatyard, at which point, the hull was re-planked with cedar strip planking, bronze-screw fastened. Necessary structural work was done at that time, and she received further upgrading including rebuilding of the interior, sails, and rigging systems in 2004. TENOVUS represents a unique opportunity to not only own a lovely tradition but also is historically significant by having been built by the Kennedy family.
