Possible Grandfathered liveaboard moorage in it’s current location.  This 1945 Canadian built retired Herring Seiner has been set up with liveaboard accommodations including newer Dickinson oil stove, full house size refridgerator/freezer, stainless steel trash compactor, stainless steel dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel sink, 30 gallon hot water heater, large master stateroom with head.  She is framed with 6×6 double sawn fir and has an Atlas Imperial 250 hp motor with sailing air clutch, 6 cylinder 10″ bore with 13″ stroke, Wagner hydraulic steering, PTO cat head and deck wenches, galley with overhead beams and new stern wood and deck beams rebuilt in 1975, aluminum bulworks built in 1987, hull was completely redone in Port Angeles in 1993.
