A legendary name, this 52 has had alot of money spent on her in the last 7 years or so. She was in the water 2 seasons ago and has been properly stored. Slant 6-71 detroits run great and systems were stored working. Fortunately this vessel has been and still is kept in one of the last wood friendly boat yards left, she is at a good home. Cabin, bridge top and for deck were glassed over properly and neatly, cabin glass was replaced with tempered tinded glass, garboards were refastened manny frams have been redone with steamed replacemants (not sistered), this boat will do 19kts cruise at 13-14. AC, heat, full galley. This boat is for a true wood boater. She is does not need much but If you are looking for a cheap cruiser and are not familiar with wood boat care THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! However the new owner will apreciate the care and direction from the yard she is in.
