This is a well equipped older Ericson 30 that has had some serious upgrades in the last few years. She is rigged for single handing with roller furling main and jib. The owner also upgraded the tiller to wheel steering and has a high end Simrad autopilot. The cockpit hatch over the engine was upgraded and the standing rigging was replaced. When the mast was down replacing the rigging and adding the mainsail roller furler it was painted will Awlgrip LP paint. The jib was replaced, a spinnaker bought and one of the cockpit wenches was upgraded to a self tailing Harken. The entire interior was re varnished, a new head plus she has new upholstery and cushions. All in all over US$10k was spent to bring her up to modern standards. If you are looking for an older but modern inexpensive boat ready to sail this is your girl!
