Has a history as an racer but used for recreation since the early 90’s.  Modified fin keel with fiberglass deck and hull.  Very heavily built for big seas, has 35 HP Universal engine rebuilt in 2007.    This boat has been stored and maintained by Overland Marine Boatyard every layup since 1996, stored under shrinkwrap with new bottom paint every season.  The last survey was done in June 2009 and found the boat to be in good serviceable condition for its age without unusual wear.   Owner will pay haulout and winter storage at Overland Marine Boatyard (Newburyport, MA) for the 2011-2012 season (or equivalent cost at other location).  ?
