Southerly is a classic IOR Design from Dick Carter. She was built in Rockland, Maine by Henry Scheel. She is being offered for sale by the third owner who has retired from racing. Southerly carries a custom tall rig and performs well in light breezes. She has wheel steering, but could be converted back to tiller steering with little trouble. The keel has been faired. The engine and custom HALL Spar were new in 1989. Southerly is on the hard and is available for your inspection at our facility. FOR SALE AS IS, WHERE IS.  NO SURVEY CORRECTIONS. HULL IS SOUND, DECK NEEDS REPAIR OF 4-5 SQUARE FEET
