Corribee  a real yacht -small and perfectly formed 20.7′ x 16.6 x 7.1 x 3′ draft (fin keel) designed by Robert Tucker . Seaworthy small yacht really a modern classic – interior volume and comfort comes secondry to sailing performance, “Spring Cloud” has been in the same ownership for 13 years and only lightly used in that time she was stored ashore every winter often undercover , the owner has never slept aboard,  using her purely as a dayboat . Benefitting from a year old furling genoa – the mainsail is thought to be 3 years old – the original sails are included with the boat. The Mercury 4 hp sailpower outboard auxiliary has cockpit remotes – we think the engine is thought to be around 9 years old but has probably only done 20 hours or less running.  The interior is open plan and fairly basic – a new owner could really improve the boat by spending time rather than money on the interior eg painting the underdeck area – fitting a carpet etc maybe new upholstery etc. Equipment includes a Nasa depth unit, CQR type anchor and chain, Kingfisher 2 burner and grill LPG stove , extension tiller. There is a small sink but a new bag type water tank is required, the manual bilge pump is at the for’d end of the saloon. We have priced the boat to sell – she is not perfect but the bits that matter seem very good so for a boat that is pretty as a picture  and will sail very well indeed  please come and meet her .
