The Ed Monk designed Roughwater 41 Pilothouse has a great reputation for being a strongly built, efficient, spacious and seaworthy North West Cruiser.  This vessel would be well suited for anyone who enjoys an attractive spacious interior on a vessel that is well suited for spending extended periods traveling around our great cruising grounds..  The 6cyl Turbocharged Perkins easily pushes this solid 41′ power vessel at 9 kts using less than 4GPH, this is a great way to cover many miles on a budget.  The Roughwaters interior salon is very bright and open with window level views covering 270 degrees.  The overall layout can provide sleeping accommodation for 6-8 people. The most recent survey from 2008 indicates that this vessel is in exceptional condition for its age and I believe this is great offering. This vessel is to be at our Oak Bay sales dock in December, but showings are currently available with an appointment.
