This is an interesting boat that was in the middle of a major rebuild when the owner-financed buyer pulled out.  All the parts are there to make a very fine little motor sailer at a very low price, such as the engine, transmission, masts, sails and tons of other gear!  The hull is based on a West Coast fishing boat design (and a lot of these were in fact completed as pure powerboats) that is eminently seaworthy, and for someone with more time and skills than money, this could be JUST the boat for you!
