CONDOR is the full keel, aft cockpit cutter configuration with a reverse transom of the Bowman Corsair model.   She has a wonderful history, originally built to Lloyds 100A1 specifications for a British yachtsman, his second Bowman, naming her BALAENA.   She then sold to another British couple who renamed her CONDOR, and after several years in the UK and the Med, they did a trans-Atlantic passage with her in 1987.   In 1999, she was purchased by the current owner, and a series of refit work began.  At Hinckley’s in 2002, she received a new engine, new teak decks, radar, autopilot, air conditioning, refrigeration, GPS chart plotters, a new electrical system, new head, stove, and windlass.    CONDOR has done one Bermuda race, and cruised extensively on the East Coast, with an owner consistent with maintenance.   There is a full color brochure of CONDOR available upon request.   An in the water structural survey was done in July 2011 and is available to potential buyers.  Lying on a mooring in Newport Harbor until mid October and then hauled in Fairhaven, MA, at $129,000.
