SeaBreeze  is a center cockpit ketch that has been a livaboard for the past few years. The owners have moved ashore and are now ready to sell. A proven cruising yacht with good space on deck, a roomy center cockpit and an underbody featuring a full keel with a partial cutway in the forefoot, skeg hung rudder and protected prop shaft.  The draft is 6’3″. The exterior is in good shape and the decks are clean and unencumbered. Masts are painted and all rigging appears to be in good working order.  There are blue canvas covvers for the hatches and life raft. All canvas is in very good condition. The interior  needs some cosmetic upgrading and refurbishment.  There is some wood damage around the ports that should be replaced.  ‘SeaBreeze’ offers a great layout, perfect for both the cruiser or livaboard. Lots of storage and space. With fresh upholstery and wood refinishing this yacht will sparkle. The teak parque floor and woodwork  will gleam once again after a sanding and revarnish. For the boater looking for a straight forward and capable yacht that is in need of a some upgrading  below decks they should not miss looking at SeaBreeze.  This yacht is priced well below other 43 Endeavours on the market to day and should not be overlooked. Updates;  2009 all standing rigging was renewed.   All running rigging  replaced as neccessary in ’09,  Air Conditioning Compressors replaced in ’09.
