This is a smart semi vee fiberglass houseboat . We sold this nice vessel to her present owner in March 2009and she went through complete surveys and had new bottom paint at that time. Powered by a single 330hp Mercruiser with a TR outdrive, she gets great gas economy. Since then the   owner has added new flooring, new airconditioning/heat and upgraded a lot of the mechanical systems including rebuilding the outdrive.
