‘Minka’ is a professionally built ferro cement/epoxy flush deck yacht from the well respected Hartley range. Extensively refitted by her professional captain owner for his own cruising intentions in 2007, she is now for sale due to his own work commitments. All machinery and associated parts were replaced, the hull, having already been sandblasted and coated with epoxy resin in 1998, received a new Awlgrip coat in 2007. The deck was repainted in 2010 with an epoxy primer and a polyurethane finish. These finishings are exceedingly fair and smooth throughout. All sheets and halyards are led back to the safety of the centre sheeting cockpit and a separate steering station aft of that has its own canvas dodger. She is a very pretty and capable yacht in great condition.
