Fast ocean-going quality cruising yacht with a fine pedigree and excellent sailing performance, comprehensively equipped and in truly outstanding condition. She combines the best in space, comfort, performance and safety, and is perfectly suited to either upmarket crewed charter or for private use. Never operated as a charter yacht, the present owner has cruised her from the Med, through the Red Sea and around the Indian Ocean for the past three plus years. A very, very thorough and comprehensive refit has just been completed. This has taken 12 months, and has included the following: Complete replacement of the teak decks (circa 43 square meters), using finest quality 24mm quarter sawn Burmese teak and with full depth seams. A total professional re-paint to hull , topsides, coach roof and all superstructures, both masts, booms, poles and spreaders. International Professional Plus paint. Renewal of all ports, deadlights and hatches throughout. Renewal of the complete cap rail in Burmese teak and including new purpose made 316 SS fairleads, scuppers and bollards. A very full and detailed summary of the complete refit together with a photographic record can be supplied on request. This yacht is almost certainly now the finest Southern Ocean still afloat and in many respects is in better than new condition. Many, many improvements and modifications have been incorporated during the refit and based directly on the owners firsthand experiences in 20,000 miles of sailing this fine yacht. A smaller yacht of between 45 and 52 feet may be considered as part payment, as may commercial or residential investment property in UK, South Africa or New Zealand.
