This vessel has been sitting on land for a few years with very little maintenance. Due to serious neglect, she is in need of detailing, cleaning, upgrading, and general maintenance. She is available for viewing by appointment. Two small horizontal fixed ports, one large overhead opening hatch, and two small overhead opening hatches. GUEST STATEROOM is to port at base of stairs. Features double berth, large mirror over counter, four drawers, additional storage, hanging locker, fixed horizontal port, two overhead opening hatches (one to outside, one to main cabin). HEAD is to starboard with doors to master stateroom and hallway (door to master stateroom has full length mirror). Features white molded fiberglass surfaces, single sink, hot and cold pressure water, four mirrored doors on medicine cabinets storage, one horizontal fixed port, one overhad opening hatch, Vacuflush head, separate shower stall with seat (deck prism over shower), and teak grate over sump. MAIN SALON is quite large and roomy. 360 degree visability. LOWER HELM is to port. Features wheel, electrical and electronics panels, and storage cabinets. GALLEY UP is to starboard. “U” shaped, features ample countertop space, four burner Amana Dacor electric stove top, two deep stainless steel sinks, hot and cold pressure water, trash compactor, Emerson Professional Series microwave oven, two under counter refrigerators (one with ice maker), large swing out glass and bottle storage cabinet. Large wraparound settee aft and to port around table – folds out for dining table. Entertainment center opposite with TV/VCR and storage. Large sliding glass door aft for nice access to cockpit/aft deck. ON DECK White topsides. Two tone deck with gray nonskid. Stainless steel pulpit with built in fender holders running aft as secure guardrails for wide walkways – stainless steel handrails along cabin for additional handholds inboard. FOREDECK features large sun deck, two tone deck with grey nonskid, Maxwell anchor windlass, two anchors (Delta 44 and Fortress 37X on separate anchor rollers), access to large anchor locker via deck hatch with freshwater washdown system, and five padeyes for dinghy tiedowns or safety harness use. COCKPIT (approx. 12′ wide x 6′ long).
