Recent Price Recuction!   This MKII version of the venerable Cape Dory 30 is a re-design of the Carl Alberg original. Drawn by Clive Dent, she keeps the pleasing profile and seaworthiness, and increases interior volume by about 30%. She is a solid, full-keel cruiser in very good condition. Her decks have been professionally repainted and her recent sails are crisp. Here interior is very clean with excellent veneers and fresh upholstery. She has reverse cycle Heat and Air Conditioning and would make an excellent live aboard. Loon is in above average condition and comes highly recommended.
