I bought it from the original owner three years ago. The boat was in great condition. I have upgraded electronics equipment, added a new headsail, davitts, etc…

I am selling the boat because we are moving to Chicago, and we just had twins. Hence, we will need a bigger boat. Since we are in hurricane season, the full batten main is put away right now, but it can be shown to serious buyers.

Description
Clean well equipped of this popular model cruiser. The boat has GPS/Plotter, autopilot, bimini, and a windlass.

Accommodations
Forecabin has a 6’3″ V Berth with filler cushion and folding privacy door. I installed a 10 inches memory foam to make it as comfortable are your home bed. There is storage space under the V Berth and two lockers.
To the aft starboard is the enclosed hanging locker with storage drawers and across to port is the enclosed head compartment.

The head features a molded sink with telescoping wand shower, mirrored medicine cabinet, and a new manual marine toilet. Aft of the head to port is the L shaped convertible dinette with table stowed on the bulkhead, with a new metal leg and reinforced holder for when the table is in use. The table drops to make a double berth.
Across to starboard is a 6’5″ settee followed by the 24″ X 26″ navigation station. Aft of the navigation station is a full 5’4″ wide, 6’5″ deep double berth extending under the cockpit. Aft on the port side is the “U” shaped galley. There are (5) opening ports for ventilation plus a 12″ X 12″ overhead cabin hatch and 20″ X 24″ forecabin hatch.
