If you are looking for a 42 ft plus motor yacht it would be hard to find better value for your money than this classic Fairline 42. Its true length is 44 overall and at this price the boat is a steal. The owner is looking to purchase a villa or apartment close to Moraira on the Costa Blanca it would be a good time to push him on a deal for a quick sale at this moment in time. VAT paid and ready to go,this boat is well maintained and equipped with the added advantage of a generator, and an iberspacher heating system, this makes an ideal mediteranean cruiser.   She has a huge bow en-suit cabin with a large island bed and another guest double en-suit. The saloon and galley is well designed and very comfortable.It would make a great bachelor apartment in its own right!   The boat is British Registered on the SSR and has a berth available in Moraira’s prestigious marina which is extremely hard to get. This boat is ideal for entertaining as it has large flat decks and is easy to move around the boat. The cockpit is very large with well padded cockpit cushions with an additional outside galley, great for relaxing and having fun!   They certainly do not build them like they used to and this is no exception being strongly built and decent sized twin Caterpillar 425 hp diesel 3208 engines which Fairline claim will give you a respectable cruising speed of over 28 knots!   Both engines are well maintained and one has been recently replaced while the other has been rebuilt and run as they should. She was hauled out in July this year, anodes replaced and anti-fouled using good quality paint. Any inspection invited as you will not find better, whatever the price.   Priced to sell, or part exchange for a house or apartment near Moraira mainland Spain would be seriously considered by the owner.
