2001 Sumerset 18 x 85 House Boat This is a really large house boat that has been right here on Lake Travis its entire life.  It has lots of extras including a 40’ fiberglass hardtop, a upper deck hot tub, a party top wet bar with refrigerator, bow and stern thrusters, hardwood floors in the galley, and cedar lined closets.  The boat is powered with two 5.0 L. Mercruisers with about 175 hours on them and Bravo II outdrives.  There is a vhf radio with antenna, a depth indicator, a range and oven, a microwave oven, a double door refrigerator, an ice maker and hot and cold pressure water system.  The appliances are all stainless steel and there is a trash compactor.  Optional equipment includes an electric windlass with anchor and line, a compass, spotlight, auto fire suppression system.  There are two Rairatan heads with garden tubs, a holding tank.  The boat will sleep eight to ten and has a 16 KW Westerbeke generator and geo thermal air conditioning system with no outside compressor to keep you awake at night.  There is also a PWC fueling station.  The generator only has 200 hours on it.  The boat is aluminum and has a silver paint scheme and the interior has lite wood paneling.  A great boat at a great price.
