Experience world-class luxury with the Sierra Rose Motor Yacht on beautiful Lake Tahoe. The Sierra Rose was inspired by 1930’s streamlined boats constructed of mahogany wood and polished chrome trim. It is a spacious tri-level yacht with three bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, dining room, saloon, pilothouse, and helicopter pad. With the freedom of travel, you can experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe with all the comforts of home. The Sierra Rose is a tri-level motor yacht with spacious accommodations. The Main Level offers two Staterooms, each with a granite-surround fireplace, Cal-king beds, and bedside tables, mounted wall lamps, loop wool carpeting, and cove lighting concealed within crown molding. The bow Suite windows offer wide views out to the adjoining sun deck while the second Suite adjoins a covered private terrace. Each Stateroom connects directly to its own bathroom complete with marble tile floor, generous closet, thermostatically controlled two-person shower, toilet closet and full-size vanity sink with granite countertop. Both bathrooms provide access to the outdoor Jacuzzi Tub. The Kitchen is a gourmet cook’s dream with granite countertops, three ovens, 4-burner Viking range with griddle, four under counter SubZero refrigerator and freezer drawers, ice maker, and two under-counter dishwashers. Storage is provided throughout the kitchen with mahogany-stained, raised-panel cabinets. Entertainment continues at the Stern, where a granite countertop extends from the kitchen through a large pass-through window to the Rear Terrace. Beverages can be made at the bar sink or the nook with the capsule-shot automatic coffee maker. A built-in granite counter provides an additional four dining places with bar stools. In the dining area, a five-foot, round formal table and chairs rests below a large, glass skylight. The table is set with its own Wedgwood China and Waterford Crystal bearing the name and logo of the Sierra Rose. The second level is a continuous space of stained-wood paneling, softly glowing concealed lighting and stunning panoramic views. Sun protection is provided with remote-controlled roller shades that tilt to multiple sun block positions. The charm of hand-built boats is apparent again in the mahogany colored Sapelle wood flooring covering this entire level. As with all areas of this vessel, heating is provided with hydronic tubes underneath the floor. The main level areas are all connected by the Gallery which is outfitted with Sapelle hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and walls displaying beautiful photos of local Lake Tahoe scenes. This Gallery leads outside to the Stern Terrace where one can board the Golden Bear, a 20-foot Grand Craft sport model runabout. This 1989 all-mahogany constructed boat is powered by an inboard 5.9 liter, 275 H.P. Chrysler engine. Once aboard, the Launch can be lowered into the water with its remote controlled motorized lift. Both private bathrooms from the Staterooms provide access to the outdoor, four-person Jacuzzi Tub.
