Albatros is a sturdy Danish cutter, which dates from around 1910, built in Bandholm (therefore known as a Bandholmcutter) as a cargo ship and as such served for many decades. The ship still holds the original name.

There is a saloon with galley and three berths, before the mast a double berth, toilet and a front cabin with 3 berths and an entrance via deck. In the aft there is room for 2 additional berths.

In the late 70’s the ship was restored to its original state except that the cargo area was converted into a saloon. She is a sturdy fast and perfect sailing ship. Since 2005 Albatros has been in our possession and in 2009, she was sailed to Spain to serve as private and charter ship on the Costa Brava. Due to discontinuation of our charter activities Albatros is now for sale. The ship requires some repairs before she is ready to sail again. Therefore we are looking for a buyer who is willing to invest in the ship to bring her back to her original glory.

Additional: deep sounder, VHF, 8-person life raft, Victron charger / inverter, 220 gasoil generator.
Specifics: The windlass is an original, over 130 years old windlass with a wooden skewer.
