This 48’ long 18’ beam Dubuque Boiler is a boat home / cottage built on a floating steel Barge. Although it has no power it offers everything a Houseboat has but much more room. This boat home is set up presently as a summer cottage but could be converted to a year around get-a-way with a littl investment and some time. This boat home has both lower and upper living space.
