‘d Ouwe Rijn was built for the purpose of a company yacht in 1968. She has undergone an extensive refit in 1997-1998 at the Kempers shipyard when she was bought by by her first and current owner. Sea Rocq stabalizers (Koop Nautic) were installed. The original teak wheelhouse was replaced with aluminium. Solid and well built yacht. Icebreaker 16 mm bow plating (original). She is equipped with a compact hydraulic crane for loading/launching a tender or motorcycle on either side of the ship. More info on request.
