Designed and built locally in Northern Michigan the Sassy is a classically styled daysailer suitable for inland lake and bay sailing. Fred Ford from Harbor Springs designed the boat and she was built in the old Foster Boat Works building in Charlevoix by Ted McCutcheon. This particular boat has been recently refit and is on the market due to the sellers change of plans.  Not unlike the notable Northern Michigan or NM 32 this boat represents an opportunity to own a piece of Northern Michigan history.
