Here is a very well-kept 42′ FDMY which has had the same owner since 1979 with three previous owners.  The owner has continually kept this boat in top condition by refinishing and replacing as needed.  He custom made the hard top which is an extended version of the original.  Much of the interior has been redone by the owner as well.  New teak foredeck and side decks have been meticulously installed, new toe rail hand crafted and installed, the hard top was refurbished, and interior redone (new drapes, carpet, sofa).  Many hull planks have been replaced over the past few years as well.  It is powered by twin 440 Chrysler inboards with 608 hours on the meters.  It has auxiliary power provided from a 6.5 Kw Onan generator.  This yacht even has heat and air conditioning which was really a high-end option back when it was built.  Other features include: engine synchronizer, gasoline fume detector, spot light, auto pilot, depth finder, aft deck bar (sink, cabinets, and refrigerator), two enclosed heads with vacu-flush commodes and showers (master has separate enclosed shower), full galley (three place cook top and oven with rotisserie, double stainless steel sink, full-sized refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet storage), spacious salon with sofa and dining table, roomy v-berth with good storage space, cavernous aft stateroom with twin beds and built-in dresser, and many more features.  The seller has decided it is time to sell this fine vessel so look it over, this is a lot of boat for the price!
