1971 62.3′ x 15.1′ x 3.9′ Steel “Bateau Mouche” Style Tour Boat /Glass Covered Excursion Vessel Gross tonnage: 47.36 tons Net tonnage: 39.56 tons Built by: Canadian Shipbuilding & Engineering Ltd., Collingwood, Ontario Engine: GM 111 hp diesel engine – 1700 hrs Shaft size: 2 3/4″ Cruising speed: 8 knots Navigation equipment: VHF radio, magnetic compass Safety equipment: 3 life rafts, approved life jackets Heads: 2 This tour boat is set up for day/evening tours, most recently in the historic Lachine Canal/Parks Canada in Montreal.  For many years she was active on the Toronto waterfront.  She is in the “bateau mouche” style capable of navigating shallow waters with low overhead obstructions. She is st up to carry 50 passengers and crew in a roomy single open plan interior space with copious viewing glass.  The boat is designed to accommodate passengers inside only.   The boat had also accommodated wine/cheese tastings and catered meals with removable tab les rigged up to the bulkheads.  she is set up for two heads, although the last operator partially cleared one of the heads for a secure office area.   The boat is rigged up with a single screw powered by a single GM 111 hp diesel, reported to deliver 8 kts.  The original generator was removed in favour of better shore power and main engine produced capability and also improved storage for on board equipment.   The boat was professionally and purpose built at the Collingwood, Ontario shipyard.  She had her Transport Canada and Quebec papers for her purpose, but these expired in 2007.  The vessel has been laid up in owner’s yard since the 2006 summer season and is being sold on “as is” basis.   Located in Montreal, Quebec Price reduced from $82,000 CDN to $62,000 CDN Details are deemed to be correct but are not guaranteed and should be independently verified
