Fresh water cat sailboat, custom built from  plug taken from   wooden hulled cat sailboat , in east coast boatyard. Solid 3/4″ fiberglass hull comes witha single axle Calkins trailer.(Year unknown).  Similar to  Marshall Cat, but  Marconi rigged (not gaffed),  teak decks, brass deck fittings completely professionally rebuilt in Lake Geneva, WI.  Work completed in 2007.  Owned and maintained by a person who was in the marine industry.  Rebuild includes: New gel coat on hull Imeron applied to the cabin trunk and cockpit Rebuilt Volvo 10HP diesel engine Transmission with a new single handle throttle New fuel tank New standing, rigging by Melges boats New mahogany and stainless rub rails New engine gauges New electrical panel New cockpit and cabin cushions New keel and rudder Bottom was refitted with VC-17 Set up for a pump out head(brass deck fittings and holding tank installed) 3 sails, 1 new, 2 are used but in good condition All lines are led aft including new halyard single line reeling and lazy jacks Mast can be raised or lowered while on the trailer for easy day sailing Included are removable teak drop boards in the cockpit and cabin.  Cabin has a teak and holly roof,  varnished mahogany interior cabinets, and 4 opening round brass portholes with screens. Cabin also has (2) 6ft. berths with folding centerline mahogany table.  She is set up for single-handed sailing.  Hull has been waxed and a coat of VC-17 applied.    All reasonable offers Welcome.
