This Broom Ocean 37 is an exceptional example of the classic and versatile boat. This boat has been well maintained and looked after by previous and the current owner. The boat’s hull has been epoxied using the full West System Osmosis treatment with a warranty which does not expire until 2013. The boat has an good inventory, with a number of recent updates including new chartplotter, flat screen TV and generator new 2008. Boat was last survey in 2008.
