VERY MOTIVATED SELLER ALL OFFERS WILL BE PRESENTED.   Canoe Cove has been building these tough boats for years. The Canadian government used this hull design for their Coast Guard, RCMP patrol boats, Fisheries and other government agencies. They were built to exacting standards with government inspectors in the plant during construction of all hulls. Coming in from the cockpit, you step down into the main stateroom. Full size double bed to port then master head and shower. To starboard is a large closet, then stepping up to the main salon, galley is to port, aft to starboard are the stairs up to the lounge deck. Low set windows in the salon allow you to sit comfortably and have a wonderful view. Forward to starboard is the lower helm, on the port side are the steps leading down to the forward berths and head. This 1974 model has been updated over the last several years. Extremely well maintained vessel with many new upgrades which included an all  new freshwater electric heads system, the fuel tanks have been replaced and are 200 gal each, new water pump in 2010. The 41 has just been compounded, waxed, interior cleaned and all the teak wood oiled and the Bright Work done.   This Canoe Cove was re-powered in 1985 with twin Detroit’s Diesel 8.2L 250 hp engines with 1380 hours. This Trawler as a 8.5 genset with 2 8D batteries and six 6V Trojan Golf Cart house batteries.   THERE ARE TWO ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY AND THEY ARE: 1.
