El Penor is a 23 m long, sail boat, traditionally known as “Caïque”with a hull completly made in mahogany. She is fitted with a Mercedes engine to achieve 8.5 to 9 knots cruising speed and 10 to 12 knots with her sails. She is  built in 1975 by one famous yacht builder in Bodrum Mr. Erol Agan. Between 2001 and 2002, upper construction such as accomodation sails units, rigging items were modified.   She is equipped with Harken made rigging units, 4 sets of sails made in UK SAILS, 2 wooden masts forward is 22 lenght, aft is 19m lenght. All the sails equipment is fully operational and good working condition
