This vessel was coast guard inspected for 49 passengers plus captain and three crew members or 12 overnight guests and crew. The U.S coast gaurd certificate expired several years ago when the ownership of this vessel changed; to get the vessel  back up to code it would need to be re-inspected for 1997/1998 standards or you can charter her using a 6 pack uninspected licence. You will not be dissapointed with this boat, especially the price. Her overall condition inside is very nice with the outside needing some TLC.
