1976 Irwin Ketch center cockpit 37, “Our Place” is a classic cruiser.   The boat has been extremely well maintained by its owner, with many recent upgrades and improvements since 2006.  These include windlass, davits, stove,sail cover and canvas, interior matresses.  The deck was resurfaced in 2008 with Kiwi Grip, and all new port lights with screens were replaced in 2010.  Owner is motivated to sell!!
