Tastefully decorated, new appliances throughout and all new cabinets. It has a four burner stove, entertainment center, front load washer and dryer. It has been insulated overhead and bulkheads to provide for year around comfort. The master stateroom is very spacious and has plenty of storage. There is plenty of room for year around family living, entertaining, cruising the loop or just smelling the roses. The galley has full sized appliances, ice maker, double sink, dish washer and oak cabinets. It has plenty of years of service left on the 3208 Natural Aspirated 210 hp Catapillar engines and Westerbeke 15KW Gen Set. It comes with twin crown heads and a very nice shower, tub with Jacuzzi amidship. The forward stateroom has plenty of room and lots of head room. The powerful Cental air and heating plus an additional overhead air conditioning unit make it comfortable year around (especially with insulated overhead and bulkheads).
