Designed on a deep-V hull with 17 degree of deadrise aft, this is same hull used in the production of the Bertram 42 Convertible. The interior layout is certainly the most notable feature of the 42 Motor Yacht. By placing the forward companionway to starboard, the galley space was enlarged and the salon takes on impressive visual proportions. The interior is simulated mica woodwork with a queen berth in the master staterrom. With only 1000 hours on the “re-powered” 1997 – Cummins Diesel Diamond Performance Series 330 hp engines, she is barely broken in. The yacht is essentially “turn key”.
