This custom-built, Colin Archer designed, cutter features uncluttered decks, a cruising cockpit, and spacious interior. She was featured in Ferenic Mate’s Best Boats to Build or Buy. On deck we have a spacious cockpit with dodger and shade cover. The large teak table is made for entertaining or alfresco dining and converts to an open air berth. Sails include mainsail, furling jib, cruising spinnaker, storm trysail, and staysail. Three anchors are included: a 45# CQR with chain and rode, a 60# CQR with chain and rode, and a take-apart storm anchor with rode. For access to thin-water beaches there’s a new 9’ Zodiac with 9.9-hp Suzuki outboard. When you come below you find an open salon with large facing settees with centerline dining table. There is ample room to relax or entertain. Aft is a full galley with solid surface counter tops, top loading refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and two-burner propane range with oven. Across from the galley is the teak nav station with large chart table, storage, and electronics. There’s a flat screen TV forward that is viewable from throughout the salon. A new reverse cycle HVAC unit maintains interior comfort dockside. The forward captain’s cabin features v-berth, under-berth storage, vanity, and hanging locker. The head is enclosed with vanity, toilet, and shower. There are accommodations for five with one double berth and three singles. Draco has a Perkins 50-hp diesel engine for auxiliary power.
