The Bertram 42’ Motor Yacht model is somewhat rare & extremely desirable; featuring the heavy fiberglass construction for which Bertrams are famous, enclosable & canopied raised aft deck, Pilot House & Flybridge with Bimini. From raised deck steps, a side boarding gate leads into the aft deck & pilot house area which has the lower helm to starboard & wet bar to port along with main salon companionway & the flybridge access steps. On forward sides are two wing doors which lead down & forward to the side decks & the foredeck which has a bench seat forward of the raised cabin housing. Visibility throughout the vessel is excellent. The flybridge has helm & two comfortable “capain’s” swivel chairs, an aft bench seat & surrounding rails. The main salon has large viewing windows on both sides, a settee and chair with a fold leaf adjustable dinette to starboard & forward counter to port.
