The Condor 37 was designed by Olin Stephens and built in England to Lloyds specifications. The layout and design is similar to the Tartan 37. With her sleek hull shape and fully skegged rudder she is bound to be a true performance cruiser. From the bridge deck cockpit you enter directly into the master cabin with a double berth to port and single to starboard. Excellent engine access is under the companion way ladder. She has great working galley across from her spacious nav table. The salon has opposite facing settees with a trick fold down table from the mast. The head and a small V berth are forward. She has had an epoxy bottom job done and shows no signs of blisters. This boat is a true diamond in the rough. It should be considered a project boat with the sail drive needing service, the teak decks re caulking and the interior re varnishing. If you are looking for a heavily built S&S design at a bargain price, this is your boat!
