She was built by Bob Darling at the Kelly Boat Yard in Jeffersonville Indiana in 1980. She was built as a 64′ x 20′ and delivered to the new owner that kept her on the Ohio River where she stayed all of her life. He had the boat hauled out, and 10′ was added along with a built in hot tub and a few other modifications.   The last owner purchased her in the mid 80s and just before he retired he had her hauled to the Darling Boat Yard in Jeffersonville in 2007. He had 2 new Mercedes MTU 600s and a new 25KW ONAN with sound box, new battery boxes, wireing,Perco switches, Racor filter systems, Algex fuel cleaning systems,chargers, and other items as needed to complete the refit. A new Westerbeke bow thruster was refitted in the forward hole. His intentions were to move him and his wife aboard and travel the rivers, water ways and the Gulf of Mexico, but his time ran out and his wife sold the boat to the 3rd and present owner. The present owner has done some extensive modeling on the inside of the vessel and still has plans to do more if not sold. He is very experienced in building and remodeling boats this size. In October 2010 an out-of the water inspection was done to ascertain the value and condition of the vessel after the receient addition of a pilot house and painting of the hull and bottom.
