This cruising sailing yacht was designed by Bill Shaw for Pearson Yachts and is not only pretty but functional. Two attributes that catch the eye and get comments are the cockpit and the head with separate shower stall. Although this model was built with several rig options, this one is a sloop with a furling Hood mast.ACCOMODATIONS:There are two companionways on this boat. The cockpit companionway leads to the master stateroom with its comfortable double berth on port side,electrical panel is located at a sit down nav station and has a large hanging locker. Companionway ladder is removable for access to Westerbeke diesel.Forward from the master stateroom is the galley and head. Second companionway is forward of head on port side of boat with large hanging locker outboard. Main salon has centerline, drop leaf table and settees on port and starboard. Upholstery is off white fabric with a texture pattern. Cushions in salon and berths are newer, having been replaced by current owner. Teak and holly sole throughout interior. Deep cabinets provide storage over and outboard of settees. Settees have pull-out seating to allow for wider sleeping berths. Forward of main salon is stateroom with v berth. Sleeping for six in two double berths and two “pull out” wide singles.GALLEY AND HEAD:Three burner Hiller range with oven uses LPG fuel. Fridgoboat refrigeration. Hot and cold pressure water. Double stainless sinks. Lots of counter space with off white Formica surface and plentiful, deep storage cabinets. Storage under sinks. Head has separate, stall shower. Large vanity with storage for personal items. SAILS AND RIGGINGHood Furling aluminum mast. Genoa furling is a Schaefer 2100. Sobstad main and genoa new in 2004. Wire rigging. Main and two jib halyards are at mast. Two Lewmar winches on mast, one winch on boom. Primary winches are Lewmar 48CST on cockpit coaming. Decks are clean and uncluttered.SYSTEMS:Wheel steering. Three 2D4 batteries new 2011. 110VAC with seven outlets. One 50′ 50amp shore power cord. Charles battery charger. Electric and manual bilge pumps. 12V outlet. Shower sump pump. Air conditioning with reverse cycle heat. Two 75W solar panels installed on arch aft of cockpit. Side Power bow thruster. Hot and cold pressure water system. Vacuflush electric head.Binnacle mounted Ritchie compass. Standard VHF at nav. RayMarine knotmeter, depth sounder and wind speed/direction installed in cockpit. RayMarine C70 GPS. Navico wheel pilot WP300 CX. RayMarine radar on arch. Lofrans 1000 windlass. DVD player. DECK:Green canvas cockpit enclosure with curtains and screens new in 2008. Teak cockpit table. Teak cockpit sole. White “Bottom Siders” cockpit cushions. Custom made stainless steel arch with dinghy davits supports radar and solar panels. Anchor locker. Two anchor bow rollers. Two anchors CQR 45lb. and Danforth. With 90′ chain and lots of rode. Double lifelines and gates. Mooring cleats and chocks. Jackstands for winter storage. Gas grill with propane tanks.
