1982 HILBURN Custom 52, General Description, the boat has an open front deck with patio furniture. Immediately behind is a salon with a kitchen a area, helm station and bar with bar stools and a sofa. Next aft is a small cabin with crudely made bunk beds on the port side and head to starboard. Aft of this is another larger cabin made into a study with sofa and 2 lounge chairs all of which appear to be convertible to beds. Windows throughout have serviceable and attractive blinds and curtains. There is carpeting throughout except below the bunk beds. An aft deck has acce3ss hatched to mechanical and storage spaces and a gas grill. A ladder leads up to the cabin roof which contains an assortment of patio furniture. There are catwalks down each side and the entire boat is enclosed by safety / hand rails. The boat has 2 roof mount AC units. Photographs are supplied with this report. There is a huge storage space below the front salon accessed through a floor hatch. The area is full of personal property. There is a full width swim platform on the aft end.
