1982 Transpacific Marine Co. Ltd. Transpac 49 boat (US$249,500) was produced in 1982, it was repaired twice. The first one was made in 2002. one-thirds of the entire body was renewed in these renovations. Later in 2009, the bridge was assembled and made more useful. These great cruising boats have it all! Owners cabin plus two guest cabins, great accomodations, good sailing performance, and a hull built for world cruising!   Soiree is one of the best maintained Transpac 49’s I have seen! Having received a major refit in 2002/3 she has been continually upgraded since including a bowthruster installation in 2009.   While the boat is seriously for sale, the owners have indicated their desire to contine their maintenance and care for the vessel until she sells.   You have to check out the list of equipment and upgrades shown in the FULL SPECS
