PHOENIX I is one of Australia’s finest motor yachts, she was built by Lloyds Ships, Brisbane and originally launched in 1983. One of three full displacement sister ships based on a design from Benetti, the world famous Italian shipyard, PHOENIX I safely cruised the world visiting ports in mainland USA, Hawaii, Bahamas, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.   In 2002 Australian entrepreneur and experienced yacht owner Keith Williams purchased PHOENIX I (then Called GALAXY I) and commenced an extensive refit covering the complete interior, hull, superstructure, all systems, electrical, wiring and electronics. In addition the vessel was repowered with twin 600 hp 6 cylinder Volvo Marine diesels to improve her performance.   The motor yacht was relaunched in 2003 and renamed PHOENIX I, the name she carries today.   The refit was carried out to survey standards and PHOENIX I entered the charter market where she has become a popular choice for charter clients from Australia and overseas,   Some of her desirable features include two magnificent master staterooms, one on the main deck forward and the other on the lower deck aft. These are complimented by a luxurious Queen size guest stateroom and an additional twin guest stateroom all air conditioned and with spacious en suite bathrooms.   There is a very large, comfortably furnished main salon with a dining area forward offering easy crew access to the well equipped gourmet galley.   PHOENIX I is designed for the enjoyment of her owners, guests and charterers, her fly bridge is an entertainers delight and there is a gym opening on to the integral swim platform for easy access to her tenders and toys.
