The Princess 45 (50ft LOA) is a high quality European manufactured performance cruiser with a bridge deck and twin Volvo Penta Diesel engines having low hours and good maintenance. She has two staterooms and two heads with showers making her an excellent cruising yacht for couples or liveaboards. The main salon amidships opens to a covered but open afterdeck with a large sitting or outdoor dining area. Steps amidships lead down to the galley which is on the same level as the staterooms. The cabin sole is finished with hardwoods throughout providing a warm and inviting atmosphere which is complemented by numerous light installed in the cabin.   There is excellent visibility from the helm which has two leather captains chairs. All controls, instruments and gauges are accessible and clearly visible from the helm. Navigation and communication equipment include two VHF radios, two radar units, two GPS units providing redundancy and back up systems.   The electrical system is set up for both 115 and 240 volt input for shore power in U.S. and International ports of call. There is a Samsung Delta (diesel powered) 6800watt generator as well as a smaller Honda backup generator aboard.   An 8ft fiberglass dingy with 2hp Honda outboard motor carried on stern davits is also included  .
