This is a beautiful example of a Broward raised pilothouse motor yacht with lots of updates. Luck of the Draw III was recently hauled out and for bottom paint. While out, she also underwent a bottom survey and service on the bow thruster and stabilizers. Upon entering the vessel from the starboard mid-ship door, the first thing that will come to your attention is the roomy dining room and main salon. The dining room table has drop-in leaves, expanding to seat 8 comfortably. On the aft port side of the dining area is a well appointed bar with built in wine chiller, ice maker and stereo with CD changer. Aft of the dining area, there is a spacious full beam salon with 42′ LCD TV on motorized lift, satellite system, DVD player, sectional leather couch with end recliners, coffee table, end table and two chairs. At the back of the salon is a door leading out into the cockpit. The cockpit allows this motor yacht to also serve as a yacht fish. Here there’s a fighting chair with plenty of room to fish, a aft boarding ramp and good size swim platform accessible via a transom door mid ship. From the dining room a stair case leads down to the VIP stateroom and the Master stateroom. The VIP stateroom has twin beds, lots of storage, built in 27″ TV and in-suite head with large shower. Aft of the VIP stateroom is the Master stateroom with a king size bed, 42″ flat screen TV, satellite system, DVD player, large closets and lots of storage. The master head has his and her’s sinks, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Forward of the dining room and up two steps is the pilothouse. The raised pilothouse allows for good visibility. The pilothouse contains full electronics, bow thruster and stabilizer controls. There is also a raised seat for two, a refrigerator and freezer. To the port side of the pilothouse is a stairway leading up to the flybrige and door exiting out onto the port side. Up the steps and out onto the flybridge there’s a roomy entertainment area complete with a bar with ice maker and refrigerator, built in table with seating for four and grill. Forward of this area is a helm with full controls. Aft is a hydraulic davit and room to store a 14′ tender and two seat jet ski. Forward of the pilothouse is the very well equipped galley with many upgrades including beautiful marble tile floors, a new Whirlpool refrigerator, new GE smooth top range, built in microwave, Kitchen Aide trash compactor, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a 19″ flat screen TV. Ample seating is available at the bar with three stools and a built in dinette for four. There is large storage cabinets and bins everywhere. Forward of the galley are the crew quarters. There are two state rooms and crew head. The forward state has a V birth and TV. Aft is a full size bed and tool area. Aft of the crew quarters is the engine room. This vessel is powered by twin 12V71 Detroits with 4273 hours and twin 33 kw Kilopac generators. There is also a new Algae X fuel polishing and fuel transfer system and newer Cruise Air chilled water AC system. Luck of the Draw III is a roomy and comfortable yacht at a very affordable price. This vessel has lots of room to entertain and cruise with family and friends. The owner is motivated to sell and looking for offers. Don’t let this deal get away.
