LOWER PRICE – SEPT 13, 2011     Five berth layout plan. All joinery and bulkheads are teak veneer; other surfaces are lined with washable vinyls or plastic laminated. All cabin soles are teak ash, splinned backed by mahogany marine grade plywood. Forward cabin has 2-berths each have a bin locker under and a cave locker above. The head is fitted with a marine type head and a moulded wash basin is set into the vanity top and a shower sump is moulded into the compartment sole with a teak grate over. There is a cedar lined hanging locker to port, the door of which seals off the forward cabin. The locker is fitted with a shelf and hagging bar. On the starboard side is the L shaped settee berth which converts into a full size double berth 6’5” in length. On the port side is a single settee berth. Outside of the settees are cane panelled lockers and deep fiddled book shelves. The saloon features two separte table.  One is a fold-down double leaf and the other is a pedestal mounted cocktail table.  A full size navigators area is located athwartship w/ the navigational equipment located at the aft end of the saloon. An oilskin locker is on the starboard side outboard of the navigators seat.
