This is without a doubt the best Irwin 38, I have seen in a long time.  We sold the boat to the current owners who have cruised for several years.  They have taken fantastic care of her and it shows throughout the boat.  I really believe that this is the best cruising value under &100,000 on the market today.  The Irwin 38’s floor plan is wonderfully done.  There is plenty of privacy, elbow room and storage.  She even has Air Conditioning.  Her cutter rig and iron genny are matched to her size and weight.  She is comfortable, safe and easy to sail.  You will enjoy her.
