General Description The yacht is an aluminum hull and superstructured raised pilothouse motor yacht withcockpit and extension. From inspection it appears that the yacht was extended at sometime in herlife by the addition of a cockpit, as the propellers and running gear are located well forward of thecurrent transom. The yacht has a raised pilothouse with flying bridge and deck area above. The salon and galley are on the main deck and the accommodation is on the lower deck. The lower deck contains the crew accommodation forward, the engine room, and the guest accommodation and the lazarette.Actual ConditionIt was reported that the yacht had been damaged in Hurricane WILMA in 2005. The yacht had been set against pilings on her starboard side and this had allowed her to list to starboard and flood up to, and just above the main deck level. The storm caused structural damage to the starboard side shell in way of the engine room and topsides, as well as immersing the two main engines, two electrical generators, pumps, motors and electrical wiring and damaging the accommodation for crew and guests. The flood water also damaged side shell insulation and wooden paneling.The starboard top sides has been cropped, over a 25 foot by 8 foot area, in way of the engine room and forward into the crew accommodation area. This work was supposedly done to remove the main engines and generators for replacement. **Please inspect carefully for further damage.Foredeck guard and cap rail. The foredeck starboard side teak cap rail had been chaffed on its outboard edge guard rail and the stainless steel guard rail mounted on top had beenremoved. Cap rails were found to be split and in need of maintenance.The Pilothouse had all navigation and communications equipment removed and disposed.The wood paneling has staining under the access companionway to the flying bridge Interior. The interior is in poor condition having been flooded below the main deck and partially flooded above the main deck. Crew accommodation is in poor condition. The guest accommodation area, aft of the engine room, has been totally stripped. The galley has had the major electrical appliance removed. Bilges were filled with brackish water and in the engine room and bow thruster room. In the engine room the port and starboard electrical generators have been removed. The starboard side shell plating, including frames, have been cropped.EquipmentA trailer is not included in this sale. Electrical equipment has been removed and disposed. All lighting has been removed.
