A good combination of price, comfort, and performance, the Nova 42 Sundeck is one of the best buys in the motor yacht market. Built on a solid fiberglass semi-displacement hull with moderate beam, hard chines, and a long prop protecting keel. This is a roomy two stateroom/ two head layout with the galley down, and a lower helm station. The boat is filled with lovely, solid  teak cabinetry, paneling and a beautiful herringbone patterned teak inlaid sole.  The boat is surprisingly light and bright with all the gorgeous, dark wood.  The salon has large windows on the port and starboard side with the addition of the windows used for piloting the boat from the lower helm, so lots of airiness and light.  Tradition and charm are very evident, but with all the modern amenities you would hope for.  Back to the windows, with all those large windows you might be concerned about privacy- we’ve got you covered.  There are white sun shades snapped onto the exterior of all the windows.  Also, each window and port hole on the boat has a screen.  In addition, the salon windows have mini blinds and the stateroom port holes have curtains.  The boat is also really roomy with a large fully enclosed aft deck with a hard top and stationary doors- what a nice space this is with all the eisenglass and canvas in great condition.  The flybridge also is fully enclosed, if you like.  The flybridge has bench seating all the way around with tons of storage built in.  The master stateroom features a walk around queen with cabinetry and drawers encompassing the entire perimeter of the room all in the same gorgeous, solid teak you see throuout.  If that’s not enough storage, there is also a hanging locker.  Amongst all this cabinetry is a built in dressing table with a swing out stool for sitting.  Plenty of lighting, portholes and an overhead hatch and you are home!  The ensuite head features a stand up shower and a Purisan head system.  The forward stateroom continues the theme- beautiful wood in great condition surrounding a port side double berth.  The galley is a great feature of this boat- its so roomy.  To add to the roominess, the galley is completely open to the salon.  The full size refrigerator, built in microwave, large stainless steel sink, stove*/ oven, extra counterspace and cabinets make this galley a real cook’s galley.  Across the galley is the dinette with seating for four to six people.  The fabric on the dinette is a bluish green and is in good condition.  There is a lot of floor space in the galley and this could become your party central.  The boat comes with a newer dinghy and davit; full electronics; a generator and much, much more.  Available at our offices in Alameda, on the San Francisco Bay.
