The Sadler 29 was designed by David Sadler and has proved to be the most popular of all Sadler yachts built, with over 340 completed between 1981 and 1994. Particularly successful for family cruising, this yacht also performs well in handicap club racing. The 29 is a good sea boat, has a spacious main cabin and has the same foam-filled moulding as the Sadler 26 and 34, providing unsinkability and insulation. This particularly 29 has been well cruised (1987 to 2007) and certainly well-loved by current owner. She spent two separate years ashore.  During 1992 she was professionally sand-blasted below waterline to gel coat and Blakes SFE osmosis treatment applied.  Current owner is now moving away from sailing and hoping to find an equally caring owner to take her on.   Asking price is relatively low, as interior of boat does require cosmetic attention, particularly to varnish work.  GRP repairs to stanchion sockets.  Engine has been removed for repairs and repainting (to be refitted in boat).  She will then be available for viewing early November. Vendor will be interested in a realistic offer, since he is more concerned that his much-loved 29 will receive the care and attention she deserves.
